Chef Matthew Elliott Kopfler is a New Orleans–based chef known for ingredient-driven cuisine, disciplined technique, and a deep respect for Gulf Coast product. Working in the culinary ecosystem of New Orleans, Chef Kopfler blends classical training with the bold flavors and cultural influences that define the region.

Natalia Kopfler is known for her strong organizational systems, vendor communication, and client-focused planning. Natalia ensures every event runs efficiently from initial consultation through final service.
